The random encounter has turned into a new site. Old site has SEO issues. Site navigation isn't always logical. Check out process is confusing. We also helped fix an issue with the shopping cart and Internet Explorer. Site conversion rate needed improvement.

Solution: Redesigned the site into a modern template with a content management system plus a more advanced shopping cart. We added items to allow a bigger sense of community, tweaked their content for SEO performance and to allow their numerous product videos to appear directly with the products. New shopping cart allows much more complex product options to be offered. Improved experience for dealers in their network. Email management system to give them better control over their newsletters and mailing lists.

Traffic Generation: Improved SEO will bring in more visitors. Improved site layout will generate more conversions. Community enhancements will bring customers to the site more often. Improved shopping cart will lower cart abandonment. New email template will complement the site design and bring a more professional look to the emails. Adwords activity on major motorcycle sites will bring more visitors. Possible use of affiliate marketing.

Synopsis: Customer came to us with a static site. Designer had abandoned project. Due to how the site was built, it was nearly impossible to make even the most minor edits to images or text. Client was being hosted with local provider. Site lacked common features for content and search engine optimization. Site had very little on it to tell any search engine what the pages contained.

Solution: Redesign the site into a content management system. Train customer in making their own changes in administration interface. Add new features to help build community on site. Added online catalog software to allow customer to showcase their products and livestock. Set up catalog to be offline until customer fleshes out the product categories. Add in newletter management system to make their mailing lists a snap.

Traffic Generation:
Improved SEO should allow the site to become the #1 result in local organic searches in almost all related search results.

Synopsis: Customer was having difficulty getting people to their site. Site was a mess and no SEO at all.

Solution: Site was completely redesigned with the first time visitor in mind. A scroller on the front page shows the potential tenant what they would be seeing every day. The attempt was to get them to picture themselves in the environment. Shots of the view from windowed offices on the south side of the building was to have them imagine the view in person. Contact information is available at the top of every page.

Traffic Generation:
Improved SEO should help the site improve their search engine rankings. Further review after the site has been indexed will let us know if we need to move the marketing to the next level.

Results: A 200% increase in traffic with a 300% increase in organic visitors

A blast from the past for co-owner Chris Harmon. Chris spent 10 years with the Coleman Company. The first step was an ecommerce site. Management was unsure that a website could generate any significant sales. After launch the direct-to-consumer sales jumped from the all-time record of $500,000 in a year to $3.5 million by the end the first year of site operations. The site sales goal for the entire first year was broken by the end of the first month. Below are some high-points of the various sites Chris and his team built during his tenure.
